Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Germany: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before completing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. ASSAP cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us at assapwear@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
