3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.

By clicking the “Buy now” or “Checkout” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart.

The contract is only concluded once we accept your order by sending an order confirmation email or shipping the goods.

Shipping is mainly carried out via DHL. Depending on the destination country or availability, DPD, Hermes, or other shipping providers may also be used.

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of material contractual obligations, and limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
